5. WhatsApp & Third-Party Integrations
If you connect your WhatsApp Business Account or any third-party service:
You authorize us to access only the permissions you explicitly approve.
You remain responsible for all messages sent through your connected account.
You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policies.
We do not send messages without your authorization or configured automations.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
Send spam or unsolicited messages.
Upload malicious software.
Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts.
Use the Platform for illegal activities.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Harass or abuse other users.
7. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data you upload.
You grant Vyapzy Mobile permission to process your data solely to provide the requested services.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Subscription & Payments

You may stop using the Platform at any time.
15. Changes to the Terms

16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
