2. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have authority to represent the business connecting a WhatsApp Business Account.
Comply with all applicable laws and Meta Platform Terms.
3. WhatsApp Business Integration
By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account, you authorize Vyapzy Mobile to:
Access your WhatsApp Business Account information.
Retrieve business profile details.
Retrieve connected phone numbers.
Access approved message templates.
Send messages on your behalf.
Manage WhatsApp Business assets where permission has been granted.
We only access information that you explicitly authorize through Meta's authentication process.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Maintain the security of your account.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Obtain all necessary customer consent before sending WhatsApp messages.
You are solely responsible for the content you send through your connected WhatsApp Business Account.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform to:
Send spam or unsolicited communications.
Distribute malware or harmful content.
Engage in fraud or deceptive practices.
Violate Meta's policies.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Harass or abuse individuals.

6. Meta Platform Compliance

By using WhatsApp integrations, you agree to comply with:

If Meta suspends or restricts your WhatsApp Business Account, we are not responsible for such actions.
